Abo Intermediate
Goal: To learn how to dance Kizomba-Semba from beginner to intermediate level.
Also here we will practice all steps from the leader and follower side. At the end of the program, you will be able to dance Kizomba-Semba with more technic, playfulness, and more confidence, attitude and presence.

​
Goal: To learn how to dance Kizomba-Semba from intermediate to advance level.
We will practice all steps from the leader and follower side. At the end of the program, you will be able to dance Kizomba-Semba with more technic, get the right knowledge about other music and dances: Koladera, Zouk, Plena, Tarraxinha and Konpa.

Abo Musicality
Goal: Finally, you'll be able to intepret each song knowing how to differentiate between rythm, beat and melody.
At the end of this program you will know the history and evolution of Antillian and Cuban music in Africa.
History of PALOP and their relationship with Kizomba-Semba.
